What is Insights Discovery?

The Insights Discovery model uses the colors blue, red, yellow, and green to help provide your employees with insight into their own actions, reactions, and behavior in certain situations, as well as those of their colleagues.

The Insights Discovery model has its origins with Carl Gustav Jung, the renowned Swiss behavioral psychologist.

The goal of this model, using the Insights Discovery wheel and the various axes on the model, is first and foremost to get to know your own behavior, but above all to learn to recognize the people in front of you.

Once you know which behavioral style your contact person/colleague/client has, you will learn tools to adapt your communication style, making it easier to improve relationships, communicate more effectively, and collaborate. This has a massive impact on the functioning of your company.

1. The online questionnaire

You discover your ‘Insights Discovery color sequence’ after completing the online questionnaire. These questions concern, among other things, your behavior and reactions in certain situations.

2. The Insights Discovery profile

Based on the questionnaire, you receive an ‘Insights behavioral profile’ of approximately 20 pages that clearly reflects which preferences you have as a person and what influence this has on your private and work environment. Furthermore, you will find out how best to respond to other color profiles and vice versa.

3. Time for action!

Now that you know exactly what your Insights profile is, as well as those of your colleagues, you can respond to each other’s behavior and reactions in certain situations, thereby understanding each other better, improving relationships, communicating more effectively, and working together. You learn how best to assess others and how you can adapt your communication and behavior for a better relationship with that client/colleague/friend/family member.
