How it all began

After working for 12 years in management positions at Concentra Uitgeverij, Volvo Cars BeLux, and BMW BeLux, and 4 years as a Sales specialist trainer at a large Belgian training agency, Erik took the step in 1999 to establish his own agency together with Michel Vertongen. Michel recently decided to retire, and Tom Steyaert has taken over his role.

Drawing on his experience and his original pedagogical and economic education, Erik has been striving for over 20 years to achieve effective results through training and coaching. This is also where the name 4 (For) Result originates.

The extensive expertise in this field ensures that the 4Result training approach works and delivers sustainable results. Today, more than 100 companies work with these taught methods, the effectiveness of which has been proven.

The rewarding part is that sales professionals who took the sales training 15 to 20 years ago have since grown into sales managers or even CEOs, and are now calling upon the 4Result team to train their own people today.
