Daughter Dorien follows in footsteps at 4Result

4Result, the renowned training and coaching agency, celebrates its 25th anniversary this year. The anniversary is further highlighted by the recent addition of Dorien Houben, daughter of co-founder Erik.
Erik Houben and Michel Vertongen co-founded 4Result in 1999. Michel is now enjoying his well-deserved retirement, and Tom Steyaert has taken over his position as partner. After 25 years, the agency has grown into an established name, specializing in training programs for sales, leadership, and change management. Several clients have been on board since the beginning, such as construction company Mathieu Gijbels from Oudsbergen.
For several months now, Dorien Houben has been strengthening 4Result, and after an intensive induction period, she is now fully active within the team. With her degree in Business Economics and over ten years of experience in project management and coaching at large organizations, Dorien brings new energy and expertise to the company.
“For me, it is fantastic to contribute to the further growth of 4Result,” she says. “The vision of my father and the strong foundation that he and his partner established inspire me enormously. At the same time, I see many opportunities for innovation, particularly in the areas of leadership development and sustainable coaching.”
One of the objectives is to expand international services. The company is already active today in Belgium, France, Germany, Poland, the United Kingdom, and Spain. “We provide our training programs in multiple languages, which our clients particularly appreciate,” says Erik.
With Dorien’s arrival, 4Result ensures not only continuity but also innovation. Erik looks toward the future with pride: “Dorien brings fresh insights and helps us to stay sharp. Together, we continue to build toward the next 25 years.”
